Your registration is only completed once your payment has been acknowledged on the conference account.
An early payment fee was offered until November 12, 2012. In case we have not received your payment until this deadline, your invoice will be cancelled and you will receive a new invoice adapted to the regular registration fee.
FOR STUDENTS:
Please fax / send a scan of your student ID to / as soon as possible and add a link to your homepage, if existing. You will be asked to show your student ID at the conference office on site when you register in Barcelona. Otherwise you have to pay the difference to the regular fee.
CANCELLATION:
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing or per e-mail to F&U confirm, Permoserstr. or . For cancellations of registration received
- before November 12, 2012, we will refund the fee minus a handling charge of 25 Euros,
-
-after November 12, 2012 – March 10, 2013, we will refund 50 % of the total fee.
We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after March 10, 2013.
Instead of cancellation you can switch the name of the participant (25 Euro handling fee).

Please bring a proof of your payment to the conference site, if you have registered shortly before the closure.
